Return Process

  Ensure your beauty products are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from our online store.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
